I'm not saying we should go back to the days of Saturday Night at the Palladium or Dixon of Dock Green (though many would not mind). But modern television programs robbed of ideas, talent, skill, Ingenuity and personality do leave a lot to be desired. It's simply fodder for the masses.

When you get the once-upon-a-time caching of C list celebrities in the audience's is a stomach-churning appetites, you know your country's in an ill-smelling Quagmire Disguised as popular entertainment.
