Valentine's Day

Teenaged Grace, Emma Roberts, Plans To Have Sex for the first time with her boyfriend, Alex, Carter Jenkins, while Estelle, Shirley MacLaine reveals a secret about her past to her long-time husband, Edgar, Hector Elizondo. This Americanised Love Actually sets itself up as the ultimate date movie for Valentine's Day, but the romantically-inclined will be a bit short-changed by veteran director Garry Marshall and screenwriter Katherine Fugate.

The screenplay opts for the obvious throughout - "Daddy Does not juggle well?" Asks Patrick Dempsey's trophy wife about her two-timing husband. Some of the characters are given more weight than others, with Jennifer Garner's deceived teacher deservedly getting plenty of attention, while some members of the Stellar cast, such as TV producer Kathy Bates, do not get much of a look-in.http://www.abc.net.au/atthemovies/txt/s2806902.htm
