On Wednesday a judge in Georgia ordered that the photos of the nude and Decapitated body of a murdered Hiker Meredith Emerson will not be released. They took the decision as state lawmakers considered legislation that would ban public release of graphic photos of crime victims. According to a report Daniel Coursey issued a temporary order that "any and all photographs, visual images or depictions of Meredith Emerson Emerson Which show in an unclothed or Dismembered state will not be released." Meredith Emerson was a student at the University of Georgia and Gary Michael Hilton Decapitated her in the wooded North Georgia Area.
