Togo President 'Wins Re-Election'
Mr. Fabre claimed victory in the election, and the vote Accused of being "illegal".
They alleged irregularities in the vote-counting system and said that "everything the electoral commission is doing is false."
It came after Jean-Claude Codjo, a member of the Togo's electoral agency, Walked out of a meeting in protest at what they called a "lack of transparency".
