White Castle 'Undercover Boss' Reflects On Front Line Experiences
"You picked a bad shift for your first night," a customer told Rife.
A White Castle on fourth-generation owner, Rife found some difficulty working a factory assembly line. As workers have looked, Rife struggled with making hamburger buns.
"These are all messed up," a Disgruntled Rife said. "Ah, I did it again."
During Sunday's show, Rife confessed that they caused some damage during his Stint in the factory.
"I destroyed 4.800 buns," he said.
When discussing his experiences, Rife acknowledged the challenges they faced.
"There are opportunities for improvement for me," he said.
Rife said he saw good and bad during his week undercover. And when it came time to reveal his identity, they praised and encouraged excellence subpar performers. They said they also learned a lot about himself and his company.
"I'm so blessed and so fortunate to be part of this company, because it's truly an amazing organization," Rife said. "To let us go in and let us look at things the way we just did, and build upon them, we're lucky."
