First S.Africa-England One-Day International Rrained Off
After more than 20mm of rain on Thursday, steady rain on Friday led to the match being called off two-and-a-half hours after the scheduled start when it became obvious that it would be impossible even to play a shortened game.
A minimum of 20 overs a side is necessary for a result to be achieved.
It was due to be the first of five one-day internationals, which will be followed by four Test matches.
The second match is scheduled for Centurion on Sunday.Morehttp://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5hyK5PRH_3KY2PM_e07sOY5lhcsHA
